Damaria Kayshawn Walker, better known as AzChike, is a force in the Los Angeles hip-hop scene. Since starting his career in 2013 with the AzCult collective, he’s blended West Coast Hip Hop, Trap, and Nervous Music into a sound all his own. His 2017 hit “Burn Rubber Again” went viral on SoundCloud, and by 2019, he’d signed with Atlantic Records’ Machine Works, releasing “Rich & Ratchet.” Collaborations with stars like Schoolboy Q and Kendrick Lamar on tracks such as “Movie” and “Peekaboo” have boosted his profile.
