“Complicated” got that low-end thump and jazzy keys floating over a deliberately lazy boom bap loop. Straight 2000s throwback but polished for right now. Kelly’s voice carries the weight of really caring about somebody while drawing a hard line against speeding up or letting petty fights win. Meth and Plies each bring their own sauce and somehow it all meshes without stepping on toes.
